Our systems-built home designs are created at our Design & Model Center in Ellijay, GA, then constructed in our manufacturing plant, transported to your site and set in place usually within a 90-day period. From a quality of construction standpoint, these homes are very well built, offer any architectural style and have all of the energy efficiencies and amenities you may want. While we offer a large selection of System-Built Standard Models, almost any home (custom or standard) can be adapted to system-built construction to meet the budget and style requirements for our clients.

What is the difference in conventional construction and system-built construction?

Conventional construction uses materials and methods of framing that are approved by building codes for strength, safety and durability. The difference between the two lies in the fact that conventional construction takes place on the building site and system built homes are framed in a protected environment and then shipped to the job site and craned into place.

Services

Turnkey: We do everything! From the preparation of the site and rough-in of the utilities to finish carpentry and landscaping. At project completion the home will be ready for you to move in.
Turnkey Foundation with Owner Completion: We complete the site preparation, utilities, foundation and septic in preparation for the arrival of the home. At the time the home arrives, we set the house, secure it to the foundation, and dry in the structure. You complete the few remaining items for your home to be ready.
Owner Completion: You prepare the site and the foundation to our specs and we deliver a home that is 85% - 90% complete. You tie in to your utilities and finish the remaining work. For those whose choose to, owner completion can be fun and save money too.
